Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures, property policies, and post orders, and initiating emergency response activities when appropriate; Conduct routine and random patrols throughout commercial real estate areas such as lobbies, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage; Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate parties; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, directing people to appropriate resources, and/or contacting emergency services when needed; Complete detailed reports and daily activity logs, communicate observations during shift transitions, and support investigations by preserving information and reporting findings to site leadership
