Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, employees, contractors, and visitors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location.; Control access at entrances and loading areas by verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized individuals to the proper areas.; Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while notifying management and/or emergency services as required by post orders.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned spaces, reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and maintenance issues.; Complete clear, timely documentation including shift activity reports, incident reports, access control records, and other required logs, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
