What Were Looking For:Experience caring for infants and young children, with the ability to multitask when caring for multiple children at a time.Strong skills in infant care (feeding, diapering, naps, developmental play).Reliability and consistency in attendance.CPR certification required (or ability to obtain before starting).Patient, nurturing, and professional demeanor.Key Responsibilities:Provide attentive, safe, and loving care for infants and children.Create a positive and engaging environment with age-appropriate activities.Assist with feeding, diaper changes, and rest schedules.Maintain a clean and organized childcare space.Communicate with parents regarding childrens needs, activities, and any concerns.Location: Montgomery Office childcare is provided on-site for our staff members children.
