Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by following site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as needed.; Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service from the property and surrounding areas, coordinating with on-site officers and/or local responders while maintaining clear radio and phone communications.; Monitor alarm panels, video surveillance, and other building systems, recognizing unusual activity and initiating appropriate notifications and/or response steps per post orders.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, providing direction to responding personnel, and escalating to management when required.; Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, track patrol check-ins and status updates, and document communications to help support accurate follow-up and continuity of operations.
