Job Title: Lab Technician
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL 60089
Shift: 1st shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute test methods on robotic-assisted surgery system
• Support integration, verification, and reliability testing
• Record observations and collect test data
• Document system performance and issues
• Perform equipment setup, teardown, and cleaning
• Conduct simulated procedures and emergency workflows
• Maintain lab inventory and equipment
• Transport and position equipment for testing
• Perform repetitive ergonomic and interface testing
• Support Production, R&D, Quality, and Compliance teams

• 2+ years relevant technician experience
• Technical or vocational education/certification preferred

• 3+ years in medical or regulated industry
• Basic electronics and circuit board knowledge
• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Ability to document equipment configurations
• Experience running test procedures
• Ability to learn new technology quickly
• Experience with equipment assembly and maintenance
