Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Wood Pallet Assembler to join their team. As a Wood Pallet Assembler , you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and safety consciousness, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Wood Pallet Assembler
Location: Prattville, AL
Pay Range: $16
Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Set up and operate assigned woodworking and packaging machinery following standard procedures.
Secure and maintain necessary materials and supplies for production processes.
Conduct pre-shift inspections to ensure equipment is ready for operation and report any concerns.
Feed materials into machines, monitor operations for efficiency and safety, and make adjustments as needed.
Inspect finished products for quality, proper labeling, and compliance with standards, then stack, cover, and band as required.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing or assembly environment.
Ability to read a tape measure and interpret measurements accurately.
Knowledge of shop math, measuring tools , and machine operation.
Ability to operate forklifts and perform equipment lockout/tagout procedures.
