Baptist Health in Montgomery, AL is launching a brand new Urology Hospitalist program, and we're looking for a seasoned urologist who wants to keep practicing on their terms. The schedule is 7 on / 7 off — 182 shifts a year — giving you half the year to travel, relax, spoil grandkids, or finally take that long-promised trip to Tuscany.

VISA candidates welcome, but this role is especially ideal for physicians who want meaningful clinical work without the administrative avalanche. A hospital-based NP supports rounds at both campuses, keeping the pace steady and the workload manageable.
