Responsibilities: * Maintain systems and equipment by removing, replacing, repairing, or upgrading components as necessary. * Troubleshoot complex issues to isolate and identify faulty components. * Perform functional and diagnostic testing using appropriate test equipment and procedures. * Conduct a variety of inspections per maintenance documentation and compliance standards. * Accurately document all maintenance and inspection actions as required. * Provide technical guidance and training to less experienced technicians. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required. * Active Secret Clearance (Required) * Typically 4+ years of Aviation Maintenance. (Required) * Military Background (Required) * Proven ability to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions using test equipment. * Experience with technical documentation, inspection protocols, and compliance requirements. * Ability to support on-site operations as required.
