Qualifications consist of supporting the Physical Plant Team with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of:
- Electrical Systems
- HVAC Systems
- Plumbing Systems
- Mechanical Systems
- Medical Equipment
- Kitchen Equipment
- Carpentry
- General Maintenance
- Minor painting and repair
- Daily repair of maintenance request
- Life Safety code compliance
- OSHA Compliance
Requirements:
- 2 years+ of maintenance experience
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Technical certifications preferred
- Physical capability to lift to 50lbs
- Customer service orientation and team colaboration
