This position serves an integral role in supporting the Primary Care Performance Division (PCPD) leadership team in the organization and implementation of initiatives designed to drive performance, including facilitation of a variety of programs and strategic projects, and delivery of outcomes through collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the Ministry. Supports successful transformational change aligned with realization of the Mercy Model of Care and Brand Experience. Position Details: This is not a remote position and requires location in Saint Louis, MO region. Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field required. Preferred Education: Master's degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred. Preferred Experience: healthcare Why Mercy?
