This position requires stamina, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety./ppResponsibilities:/pulliManual Labor Support: Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and supplies using dollies, wheelbarrows, or by hand./liliDig trenches, shovel materials (e.g., dirt, sand, gravel), and spread aggregate./liliAssist skilled trades workers (e.g., carpenters, masons, mechanics) by holding tools, fetching materials, and performing basic tasks./liliOperate small hand and power tools, such as drills, hammers, saws, and measuring equipment, under supervision./liliSite Maintenance Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by sweeping, picking up debris, removing trash, and disposing of waste./liliClear work areas of hazards and ensure proper warning signs are in place./liliMonitor and secure job sites or facilities at the end of the shift./liliAdhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)./liliEquipment Operation (Basic): Clean and maintain tools and machinery, ensuring they are in good working order./liliPerform basic setup and cleanup of equipment used on the job site./liliLogistics Inventory: Prepare and stage materials for upcoming tasks.
