About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and maintaining mechanical components and systems according to specifications. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Assemble and fit components accurately using hand tools and machinery.
• Inspect and test completed assemblies for quality and functionality.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
