Guest Service Attendant

Key responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant include:

• Providing sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assisting in educating players regarding the game.
• Directing start of play when necessary.
• Maintaining accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Serving the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleaning rental clubs upon return.
• Assisting with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporating safe work practices in job performance.
• Performing other duties as required.

Minimum qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant include:

• One month related experience or training.

Other qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
