As part of an award winning team in the logistics industry, you will perform the essential cleaning and inspection functions necessary to prepare railcars for transport. Areas of responsibility include complying with all industry, customer, and company safety regulations and operating procedures, inspecting and assisting in opening and closing railcar end doors, inspecting railcars for damage/fatigue, identifying repairs that can be performed by Road & Rail Services, removing all debris and other contaminates which could potentially cause vehicle damage through the use of backpack blowers and various scraping devices, maintaining accountability and maintenance for all assigned equipment, and performing housekeeping duties as required by management.
What's required: High school diploma/GED or ability, safety first mentality, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to meet attendance requirements, teamwork, can do attitude, and willingness to learn, and a valid state driver's license.
