GovCIO is currently hiring for a Customer Service Technical Support. This position is fully remote. Responsibilities include receiving, comprehending, providing, and responding to routine informational inquiries and service requests through various communication technologies. Tasks may also require simple adaptation and interpretation of provided reference materials.
Qualifications Required Skills and Experience include a high school diploma and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Posted Pay Range: USD $17.85 - USD $27.00 /Hr.
