Job Title: Front End Loader Operator ($18 per hour)
Location: Prattville, AL
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day shift
Pay Range: $18 per hour

Responsibilities:
Operate front-end loader safely and efficiently in a gravel pit setting.
Load and move materials as directed.
Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
Follow all safety protocols and site procedures.

Requirements:
Proven experience operating a front-end loader (gravel pit experience required).
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends if needed.
Strong understanding of safety standards and equipment operation.
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
