The Foam Machine Operator will serve our Water Heating Division, located in Montgomery, AL
* Must be able to operate HK-270 and HK-650 Foam machines.
* Must be familiar with operation and maintenance of Gussmer guns.
* Must be able to maintain daily reports for ISO 9000 detailing use and mixture of foam chemicals.
* Will be required to monitor oven temperatures when using HK-270 and Gussmer guns.
* Maintain good housekeeping in work area.
* Observe all departmental safety requirements.
* Practice and support Rheem values with internal as well as external customers.
* May be exposed to high noise levels, heat, dust and airborne particles.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* High School Diploma/GED.
* Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and decimals.
* Continuous lifting of 0-1 lbs
* Frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs
* Occasional lifting of 5-25 lbs.
* Must be able to stand, walk and/or lift repetitively during shift.
* Must be able to frequently lift in unsupported positions as well as bend, twist/turn, reach, push/pull.
