Are you ready to make a splash? We're seeking passionate individuals to join our team and deliver exceptional experiences to guests from around the world.

We're Hiring for a Variety of Roles:

• Adventure-based Seasonal positions: Ice Rink manager, Ice Rink Attendants, High ropes course guides, whitewater raft guides, kayak instructors, mountain biking attendant and more.
• Guest services: Front desk, customer service representatives,
• Restaurant: Front-of-house (servers, hosts) and back-of-house (chefs, cooks, dishwashers).

No Experience Necessary:

Training will be provided on-site for many of our adventure-based positions, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to learn a new skill or grow their career in the outdoor industry.

Position Requirements

Requirements

• The minimum age requirement is 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Participation in training and skills development as scheduled.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during other Montgomery Whitewater events as needed.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to work outdoors for sustained periods of time in all weather and environmental conditions.
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, stand, lean, and kneel on a regular basis and for sustained periods of time.
