Description

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Delivers personalized consultations to prospective and current members on a full suite of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and ancillary offerings.

Uses strategic questioning and fact-finding to uncover needs, present tailored solutions, and guide members through the quoting and binding process.

Builds trust through consistent, follow-up communications and annual policy reviews to retain and grow client relationships.

Proactively identifies cross-selling opportunities for insurance and credit union products to meet a broad spectrum of member needs.

Collaborates with internal departments to ensure seamless referrals and promotes MAX Insurance as a trusted partner in financial wellness.

Maintains accurate and timely records by processing payments, updating policy information, and ensuring smooth renewals and account maintenance.

Upholds compliance standards and documentation practices in accordance with agency and state requirements.

Consistently meets or exceeds individual and team-based sales targets and KPIs.

Monitors personal performance, develops action plans to address gaps, and participates in coaching sessions to drive continuous improvement.

Serves as a knowledge resource for credit union associates regarding insurance products and procedures.

Assists in training initiatives and contributes to building product awareness and engagement across departments.

Actively seeks professional development opportunities to stay informed of industry changes and improve consultative effectiveness.

Represents the agency at community events and networking opportunities to increase visibility and drive new business.

Supports strategic initiatives aimed at agency growth and member value enhancement. Maintains a member first mindset.

Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships.

Completes all training as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
