Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Plumbing Service Manager to oversee all aspects of our residential plumbing operations. This role is responsible for achieving departmental KPIs, managing P&L, developing and executing budgets, and leading a team of skilled plumbers and apprentices to deliver outstanding customer service and performance.
What You'll Do as the Plumbing Service Manager
- Lead, coach, and mentor the plumbing service team to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Manage the daily operations of the residential plumbing service department
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, and financial performance to meet company goals
- Track and achieve departmental KPIs including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper scheduling, dispatching, and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Maintain quality workmanship, safety standards, and code compliance on all jobs
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and profitability
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and ensure a positive resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service across the company
Requirements

- Proven leadership experience in residential plumbing service management
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and KPI achievement
- Ability to motivate, develop, and lead technicians and support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- In‑depth knowledge of plumbing systems, repair, installation, and service operations
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
