The Senior Data & Reporting Professional tests the overall network in each county of operations to ensure the network is strong enough to support serving customers. The Senior Network Adequacy Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Data & Reporting Professional begins to influence the department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. This role will manage and lead the data infrastructure and reporting methodologies in support of Network Adequacy requirements and process optimization, primarily focusing on the Medicaid line of business, with a deep understanding of network build initiatives to proactively mitigate operational deficiencies, drive superior quality, and establish standardization in an ambiguous environment.

Pay Range: $78,400 - $107,800 per year
