About The Role

Join our team this season as a Stockroom Operations Team Member, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing store operations. This dynamic position requires you to handle freight processing, replenishment, and support omni-channel operations.

What You'll Do

• Receive and process incoming products, including unloading truck shipments and managing stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on product performance and seasonal demands.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and providing assistance with their needs.
• Ensure compliance with all product protection standards.
• Assist in training new hires on Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and more, as directed by store leadership.

What Skills You Have

Required

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, while paying attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• No prior retail experience necessary.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a client-facing retail or service role.
