Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative - Entry Level to Experienced | $16-$24/hr + Bonus + Commission
Location: Montgomery, AL
Compensation: $16.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Plus: Bonus + Commission + PTO + Health, Dental, Life + Retirement Plan

What You'll Do:
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Create personalized quotes and close new business
- Build client relationships through value-based conversations and trust
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person outreach
- Participate in community and marketing events to grow your pipeline
- Track sales activity using our State Farm CRM tools
- $16-$24 per hour base pay (based on experience)
