Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of technology initiatives.
• Analyze requirements, construct workflow charts and diagrams, understand system capabilities, and write specifications.
• Liaise between business departments and IT to lead joint application development and software development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain technical documents.
• Facilitate research for new initiatives (scope, benefits, estimates, product backlog).
• This position is based in Montgomery, AL. Remote work permitted in states where company operates (AL, AZ, AR, GA, IN, KY, MS, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics or other math/science quantitative field
• Demonstrated knowledge of: computer concepts and applications, basic statistics, computer science, software development lifecycles, project delivery and acceptance process, and user interface wireframes
