The Maintenance and Installation Systems Portfolio includes enterprise maintenance data systems used for collecting, validating, editing, standardizing, and reporting equipment maintenance information on a global basis. AFLCMC/GBM systems provide integrated capabilities for planning, scheduling, and executing organic depot maintenance to support agile planning, workload optimization, resource allocation, and quality control.

Essential Duties/Position Description:
  • Provide support across Configuration Management (CM), Quality Assurance (QA), Program Planning (PP), Risk Management (RM), and System Engineering (SE), depending on current activities and program needs.
  • Manage configuration of software, engineering documents, design drawings, and engineering changes; conduct design audits to enable government ownership of the technical baseline.
  • Maintain CM of system artifacts such as documentation, source code, build files, and scripts to facilitate system builds and releases.
  • Review and evaluate contractor CM programs and data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain CM files, including configuration identification, change control, and status records.
  • Implement CM plans and oversee efforts of junior personnel.

Candidates should demonstrate advanced knowledge and the ability to perform independently, overseeing junior staff as needed. Requirements include a Master's or Doctorate Degree with relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with more extensive experience, including experience in the DoD. Certifications like Atlassian Tool Suite and Security+ are preferred.
