Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level. Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed. Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for Lear staff. Provides feedback concerning quality team leaders and managers. Prepares and analyzes internal quality reports for management staff review. Responsible for new material sample approval. Examines contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment. Confers and corresponds with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.
