Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality and portion control in every dish.
• Engage in food preparation and cooking activities.
• Present food creatively and appealingly.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Store food items safely and appropriately.
• Adhere to safe food handling policies and procedures while following recipes.

What We're Looking For:

Must-haves:

• Minimum of one year of culinary experience, particularly in high-volume and scratch cooking settings.
• A solid understanding of culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools, along with the capability to identify various food items.
• Experience in customer service is essential.

Nice-to-haves:

• Food handlers' certification.

Compensation:

$15.00/hr
