Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Technician at our Maplesville, AL mill, where you'll report directly to the Electrical Supervisor. If you're passionate about troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment using programmable logic controllers.
• Diagnose issues using electrical control schematics.
• Install and maintain variable frequency drives, and diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on various optimization systems.

Qualifications for Success:

• Knowledge of lock-out procedures and Field Level Hazard Risk Assessments (FLHRA).
• Understanding of electrical circuitry and components, including circuit breakers, motors, and controllers.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience with predictive and preventative maintenance approaches.
• Proficient computer and PLC skills.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools, including multi-meters, with a strong understanding of 480 volt 3 Phase AC systems.
