Description:
Duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:
Prepares, types, and processes letters reporting criminal history background results of applicants,
Utilizes the TEACH database as well as other office software programs to research documents, and tract matriculation of files,
Scans files for applicants completing a criminal history background check,
Composes emails, letters, forms, reports, etc. concerning background review procedures and requirements, and
Assists colleagues in accomplishing additional short-term tasks.
Education:
High school diploma or a GED certificate
Experience:
Six months of clerical work experience
Other Skills:
Be attentive to details
Possess organizational skills
Be team-oriented and flexible
Use effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Use problem-solving skills
