We are a fast paced high volume Chiropractic office who has been family owned for 20+ years. We are well known in the Montgomery and surrounding areas for our compassionate staff and excellent customer service. We are looking to add an all-star team player to the team! Once we check your references we will call you for a phone interview. If you are chosen as a top qualifying candidate for the job, you will then be asked to come for an in person interview with our office manager.

  • Handles and keeps track of patients who need pre-certification, prior authorization, and/or referral from another provider to begin and/or maintain their care at our office according to the office protocol, systems, and procedures.
  • Makes necessary calls/portal submissions/etc. to obtain authorizations needed.
  • Notify scheduling department once authorizations are received.
  • Handling VA authorizations according to office protocol
  • Completing and tracking VA authorization visit status and number of visits according to protocol.
  • Ensuring that authorizations go into patient electronic charts and are available to the billing department according to office protocol.
  • Creating memos for scheduling department to be notified when patient auth's are received and need to be scheduled
  • Following follow up protocol for authorizations that cannot be obtained immediately=
  • Handling records requests according to office protocol
  • Following HIPPAA guidelines for record keeping and sharing of sensitive patient data and information.
  • Answering questions that the billing department has about prior authorizations, pre-certification's, Veterans care, referrals etc.
  • Pulling x-ray reports from email and uploading to patient charts
  • Handling all patient requests for records and/or statements
  • Verify and Secure Attorney LOP's for Patient's that have had an accident.
