About the Opportunity

As a Salesforce.com Solution Architect, you'll oversee enterprise implementations in all project phases—discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy. Once a project is secured, you'll be the primary contact for clients, ensuring successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Skills and Attributes for Success
To thrive as a Solution Architecture Manager, you should possess a strong blend of technical and business acumen, characterized by:

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to lead discussions at all organizational levels.
• Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Integrative knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, VisualForce, and AppExchange.
• Hands-on experience configured with Salesforce.com, including Workflow Alerts and Approval Workflows.
• The capability to lead solution design for the Salesforce platform and identify gaps between current and desired states.
• Experience working with developers to produce detailed specifications for custom code and data migration tasks.
• Adeptness in project management, ensuring timelines are met while adhering to budgets.
• Proficiency in recognizing potential risks and formulating mitigation strategies.
• Expertise in Cloud Computing Architecture and Complex Problem-Solving.

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree (required) with 4-6 years of relevant Salesforce.com implementation experience, managing teams of five or more.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Salesforce.com certification(s) (preferred).
• A willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
• Ideally, a degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Prior consulting experience is highly desirable.

Locations like New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California offer salaries from $165,200 to $286,800.
