Key Responsibilities: Washes and sanitizes all dishes, baking tools, pans, utensils, and equipment using proper cleaning procedures. Empties trash cans, sweeps and mops floors, and keeps work areas clean and organized. Restocks supplies and ingredients in the kitchen and storage areas as directed. Follows health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assists in the cleaning and breakdown of kitchen stations at the end of each shift. Maintains organization and cleanliness of the dish area and storage rooms. Supports team members by helping with other kitchen duties as needed.
