The Training and Development Analyst is responsible for facilitating and executing employee development programs, maintaining training systems for IS0-9000 compliance, and delivering training programs and maintaining a training tracking system that will enhance skills and capabilities of employees in the production manufacturing plant. Assists Sr. HR Manager and HR Manager in administering training content, scheduling classes, maintaining a training tracking system and conducting training or Plant team members.
This position will serve our Water Heater Division, located in Montgomery, Alabama.
