As a Residential and Commercial Cleaner, you'll work in a fast-paced environment providing top-notch cleaning services to homes and businesses throughout the Montgomery area.Key ResponsibilitiesClean residential homes, apartments, offices, and commercial buildings.Perform duties such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and trash removal.Use The Maids' professional cleaning system, tools, and equipment (training provided).Follow safety procedures and company protocols for handling cleaning supplies.Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.Provide excellent customer service and represent The Maids with professionalism.QualificationsPrevious cleaning experience is a plus but not required-we offer paid training!High attention to detail and strong work ethic.Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player.Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks for several hours a day.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Must be able to pass a background check.Why Work with The Maids?Competitive hourly payMonday-Friday schedule, no nights or weekendsPaid training and career advancement opportunitiesUniforms and cleaning supplies providedSupportive team environment and positive workplace cultureReady to Join Our Team?
