What You'll Be Doing:

• Tackling maintenance requests like a pro-plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC, and more.
• Making apartment homes move-in ready with quality and efficiency.
• Maintaining the beauty and function of our property-from pressure-washing breezeways to ensuring lights are shining bright and bugs are gone.
• Being part of a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies (you're not afraid to be the hero at 2 a.m., if needed).
• Keeping safety top-of-mind, staying organized, and working as a team to deliver top-notch customer service.

What You Bring:

• Experience with general apartment maintenance or similar trades.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems (certification required), with bonus points for a CPO certification.
• A steady, reliable work ethic and a flexible attitude when it comes to scheduling.
• A friendly, professional demeanor-we want residents to smile when they see you coming.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
• Your own basic toolset (or willingness to acquire the necessary tools).

Bonus Skills (but not required):

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or OneSite.
• Bilingual communication skills.
• Trade school or vocational certification.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with liability insurance.
• Pass pre-employment maintenance skills assessment, background check, and drug screening.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, hour between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with flexibility as needed)
On-call hours required as scheduled
