Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators, developing dashboards, scorecards, forecasting, trending, and preparing executive presentations. The role also requires consulting with various enterprise groups, identifying data needs, conducting analyses, and facilitating process improvements.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with internal departments to gather source data and develop reports, dashboards, and presentations. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends.Create processes, tools, and templates for efficient data analysis, leveraging automation where possible. Develop data collection systems to enhance statistical efficiency and data quality.Ensure accuracy and consistency of reports by identifying issues, facilitating changes, and maintaining data integrity.Document changes to reporting processes and ensure quality reviews are conducted to maintain data integrity.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors, presenting complex data in a clear manner.Develop work plans, estimate timelines, and communicate progress.Prioritize business and information needs in collaboration with management.Perform other duties as assigned.EDUCATION Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis, or related field.Preferred: Master's Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics/Statistics, or Operations Research.EXPERIENCE Minimum: 3-5 years of relevant experience.Preferred: Experience in project management.LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Required: NonePreferred: Lean Six SigmaSkills Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access.Basic SQL/querying skills.Experience with reporting tools.Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle.Excellent communication skills.Team participation skills.Additional competencies include energy, adaptability, data-driven decision making, and strong interpersonal skills.Other Details Travel requirement: 0-25%Position Type: Office-BasedPhysical demands include lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally and 10-25 pounds rarely.Disclaimer and Compliance The job description outlines the general duties and responsibilities and may not include all tasks required.
