Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:The Project Engineer oversees process equipment and Process Utility installation and commissioning to meet process control parameters and product specifications. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects on time and within budget as agreed with key project stakeholders. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of project team members and third-party providers to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Engineer will lead project deliverables within the agreed time, scope, and budget while ensuring project documentation is complete and stored locally for project health check purposes. Business client signs off on acceptance from Operational/support teams.Follow and obey the requirements specified by the company, with awareness and emphasis on quality and safety of products, together with reporting irregularities that may affect food quality and safety.Lead on CAAP that got approval for McCormick operation facility (Amata plant).Coordinate with cross-functions, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and verification of process equipment and process utility.Ensure that all project parameters, records, and testing results are documented and transferred for operational procedures.Execute and deliver CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Verification) methodology to meet process reliability, people capability, and product specifications.Deliver project success criteria and sustain results as per project execution phasing.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation and Discipline:Minimum Experience Required:6-8 years' experience in Engineering and Project Management3-5 years Product/Process development or Technology transfer's SMECertifications and/or Licenses:Other Skills & Competencies:Leadership - Team leadership to ensure clear alignment to the achievement of Business StrategyEthical behavior, professional maturityCommunication skills and teamwork:Familiarity with MS Project programAble to manage project budgetAdaptability: Is flexible in complex, ambiguous, or stressful situations.
