Apply via Lensa today!Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a Dynamics 365 Developer/Development Lead to manage our FCMT Sustainment and Development Team. This position is full time and fully remote.Responsibilities Development Lead role including supervising a team of developers and testersBecome SME for FCMT application, providing expertise, advice and system knowledge to PjM and customerDesigns and codes applications following specifications using Dynamics 365, PowerBI/ Power Automate reporting, App Services or ASP.Net Web services, and PowerApps.Guide a team of Developers towards successful project delivery.Provide leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.Maintain high standards of excellence within the team by establishing good practices and habits.Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.Assist BA team in preparing reports, manuals, operational procedures and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of the project.Integrate with all necessary applications, working alongside those system development teams.Assist the team in system integration testing.Proactively communicate and coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders.Analyze detailed system factors, including input/output requirements, information flow, hardware/software needs, and problem resolution methods.Participate in code reviews and Sprint Reviews to ensure adherence to contract deliverables and specifications.Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or equivalent experienceExpertise in developing and maintaining applications in Dynamics 365Strong analytical and investigative skillsAbility to work independently with minimal guidanceExperience supervising a team of developers/engineers with proven leadership skillsExperience with Agile and Scrum methodologiesAdvanced knowledge of the software development lifecycleExperience working with AzureExperience with code versioning and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Teams)Experience working remotelyMust be a US citizen or authorized to work in the USClearance: Suitability/Public TrustPreferred Skills and Experience Experience with VA or other Federal AgenciesUnderstanding of VA VIP project management methodologyExperience with Power BIAdditional Information GovCIO is passionate about transforming government IT and making a positive impact.
