Job Summary

A leading global manufacturing organization is seeking anexperienced and fluent English-Spanish Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)to support its Montgomery, AL facility. In this vital role, you'll partner with leadership and employees—across both English and Spanish-speaking groups—to drive HR strategies that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and talent development.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is an essential requirement for this position. Applicants who are not bilingual will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Align HR initiatives with business objectives to support plant leadership and workforce needs.
Lead employee engagement efforts, organizational development programs, and training strategies.
Manage labor relations and foster a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment.
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Support full-cycle talent acquisition in collaboration with corporate HR.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with plant leadership and corporate HR teams to maintain alignment with broader HR strategy.
Act as the primary liaison for bilingual communication and HR support across English and Spanish-speaking employees.
Translate policies, procedures, training, and communications to ensure clarity and compliance for all team members.
Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
This is a strict requirement—fluency in both languages will be tested.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Skills
Solid expertise in labor relations, training&development, and recruitment.
Exceptional bilingual communication skillsacross verbal, written, and presentation formats.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP preferred).
Strong employee coaching, influencing, and interpersonal communication skills.
Adept at navigating complex issues with emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
