Position Purpose :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategicminded Director of Operations to lead our operational efforts and drive efficiency for the Operating Company. In this role you can expect to be given challenging assignments throughout the company and take on some of the most complex problems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of optimizing processes to enhance productivity and profitability. As the Director of Operations you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daytoday operations implementing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
57 years warehouse and transportation management experience
23 years in a leadership role for a team of >
150 direct and indirect reports.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
Food distribution and Direct Store Delivery experience preferred.
SAP or similar warehouse management systems experience is preferred.
