Position Summary...

Develops, communicates, and leverages a strategic vision aligned with company market and local plans and tactics to direct the management team and associates in facility operations, merchandising, and company direction. Provides supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly associates in a facility that may face issues such as high turnover, engagement challenges, inexperienced associates, and recruiting difficulties in a competitive market. Responsibilities include ongoing recruitment, training, mentoring, performance evaluation, recognition, and fostering a belonging mindset across organizational levels.

Upholds the company's Open Door Policy by engaging with associates, researching issues, reviewing policies, and ensuring responsiveness and resolution. Ensures compliance with policies, develops relationships with officials, and maintains safety and quality standards. Oversees community outreach, media relations, and corporate programs to enhance the facility's community presence.

Drives financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals, controlling expenses, and analyzing economic trends. Ensures customer service excellence, manages store standards, and supports training environments like the Academy. Develops strategies for attracting and retaining talent, fostering an ethical workplace, and building external partnerships to meet business goals.

Models integrity, acts with transparency, and prioritizes serving customers and members. Encourages continuous improvement, technological adoption, and learning. Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of management experience including financial accountability, plus 4 years supervising at least 50 associates, or 4 years management including financial accountability with similar supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of job-specific trainings and assessments, and compliance with any specific background checks for roles involving firearms or ammunition.

Preferred Qualifications...

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, experience as a Store Manager in various store complexities, or specific experience managing grocery areas.
