The work responsibilities includenplanning work assignments, supervising personnel engaged in both skilled andnsemi-skilled tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation of projectnactivities. The Labor Foreman I position is defined by its dual function asnboth a working supervisor and an active contributor to the execution ofnassigned tasks. The incumbent must possess comprehensive knowledge of thenduties performed by the crew, as well as the operation of relevant equipment,nin order to effectively monitor work progress and provide on-the-job trainingnto employees. Work may include weekendsnduring peak seasons or around special city events with extended hours occasionallynrequired to meet project deadlines.
