Title: Senior Application Developer/ Analyst
Duration: 12+ months contract
Location: Montgomery, AL 36104

Position Description:

Seeking an experienced senior-level developer with a proven track record to develop, maintain/upgrade, and support professional quality web applications for the organization's Internet/Intranet sites. This position requires experience in a variety of software technologies and languages.

1. Full software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, code/develop, test, deploy, and maintain software/web applications.
2. Create and maintain related database components and technical documentation.
3. Troubleshoot and solve complex application and system failures.
4. Document components and applications.
5. Research, evaluate, and recommend new Internet tools and applications for use in assigned area.
6. Mentor junior-level developers.
7. Stay abreast of the latest advances and trends in development technologies.

1. Must have strong ASP.NET MVC C# design and development technology skills.
2. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
4. Must be skilled in writing and interpreting requirements and developing complex algorithms.
5. Must have an eye for detail and the ability to design applications that logically flow.
6. Must have the ability to work independently and collaborate with others as necessary.

1. Dashboard and report development visualization skills.
2. Content management application development skills.
3. Experience working with AI.

1. Developing and designing professional quality and secure web applications with Visual Studio using ASP.NET MVC5 C# and related tools (JavaScript/Query, CSS, Bootstrap, Razor, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Entity Framework).
2. Extensive SQL database experience, including creating databases, tables, stored procedures, functions, scheduled jobs, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports.
3. Experience with web services and APIs such as REST and SOAP and support tools such as Postman or Swagger.
4. Experience with TFS source control platform.
5. Experience with AZURE DevOps components such as Azure Repos and Azure Pipelines (CI/CD).
6. Experience developing and working with site search functionality.

1. Experience mentoring junior-level developers.
2. Experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI.
3. Experience with Snowflake database.
4. Experience with Drupal framework.
5. Experience creating technical documentation.
6. Experience with AZURE functions.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
