We are growing and looking for a full-time HVAC Lead Residential Service Technician with integrity and professionalism to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama. This position is a Tuesday-Saturday with NO on-call rotation.

What You will be responsible for:

• Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for primarily residential and some commercial customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems
• Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer
• Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers if you are on-call
• Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies
• Identify, report and educate home owner on potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services)
• Come in every day eager to learn and develop new skills

Qualifications and Skills:

• A current EPA certification and State registered. Nate certification and State certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of residential HVAC experience with strong focus on customer service. Preferred over 5 years HVAC experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small spaces.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills for HVAC installation, maintenance, repair of systems, and equipment.
• Ability to pass a drug test, physical, motor vehicle record check, and background check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
