Supervise a team of field installers and install doors & hardware using various power tools. Supervise approximately 2-6 Installers.

Essential Functions

1. Attend job site weekly meetings as needed
2. Supervise installers each day on the job site
3. Conduct toolbox topics
4. Prepare daily reports on job sites
5. Use tools properly to ensure safety and protect the quality of doors and hardware
6. Analyze drawings, sketches, and work orders to complete tasks
7. Prep doors to receive hardware
8. Install frames, doors, hardware & accessories per manufacturer requirements
9. Report any damaged products to the supervisor
10. Manage time to complete tasks efficiently
11. Operate equipment safely and use safe work habits
12. Examine finished products for defects to ensure conformance with quality

Minimum Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2. Must be able to lift/carry 25-50 lbs. frequently
3. Experience using power tools, saws, drills, etc.
4. Industry experience with installation of building materials preferred
5. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
6. Driver's license preferred but not required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills
2. Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
3. Ability to determine what type of tool and equipment are needed for a job

Physical Demands

Spends the majority of time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, using hands, and reaching. Frequent lifting of items 25-50 pounds is required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Work Environment

May be exposed to variable weather conditions. Other conditions may include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and using various tools and hardware. Worker is subject to frequent heavy lifting.
