Job Post Title: Substitute Custodian

We are hiring substitute custodians in Elmore, Autauga and Lowndes County Schools. No previous experience is required!

Substitutes are essential in ensuring students continue to learn and grow every day in a safe and clean environment. Substitute custodians may also be referred to as custodial workers or maintenance workers.

Minimum requirements:

  • Must have a HS Diploma/GED
  • Must be at least 19 years of age

Responsibilities:

  • Assume duties of the district custodian in accordance with school district rules, and Kelly policies
  • Comply with school Safety Manual Rules and Regulations and OSHA requirements
