Main Ingredients of the Job Communicate with Dispatcher/Router for truck/trailer and door assignmentsKeep assigned equipment coupledMove trailers between buildings as directed by Router or Warehouse SupervisorLoad, unload or merge loads between environmentsStage shuttle trailers nightly for shuttle driversSet up trailers for backhaul with tractor and empty palletsPlace backhauls in correct door to be unloaded by warehouseMake sure all equipment is paired and ready for next day's deliveries.Work with mechanics nightlyMust attend all required company meetings.All other duties as assigned.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift requiredComfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditionsWhat You Bring to the TableMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have valid driver's license issued by state of residenceMinimum of six months Non-CDL commercial driving experience preferredAbility to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locationsMust be able to pass DOT physical.Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries,
