Customer Care Representaive-Security

Description:

The Customer Care Representative will greet and assist all guests upon their arrival to our campus. The Customer Care Representative will be stationed at all hospital checkpoints where they will perform temperature checks/screenings, answer initial inquiries, provide direction(s), and ensure that only those with permitted access are allowed into the facility.

III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  1. Education: High School graduate or GED
  2. Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
  3. Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations: Valid Alabama Driver's License; Must have and maintain a clean driving record. Pass a background check.
  4. Equipment/Tools/Work Aids: Temperature scanner, Manual and electronic, computer
  5. Specialized Skills: Working knowledge of; computers, cameras, temp scanners, manual and electronic, phone
  6. Physical Requirements: Must be physically able to walk and stand for prolonged periods; May also have to sit for long periods of time.
