Job Details

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Current Alabama Teacher's Certification, Master's Degree or higher, with an endorsement in educational administration K-12
•Demonstrated successful administrative or supervisory experience in a senior high school environment preferred
•Demonstrated positive communication skills both verbal and written
•Demonstrated technology skills preferred
•Experience working with online platforms is preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Serve as the instructional and administrative leader of the school
•Work with staff, students, and the community to ensure a high-quality educational program
•Provide leadership for an environment of high expectations for staff and students
•Support the use of technology to motivate and prepare students for the 21st century
•Provide a safe, orderly environment that facilitates learning
•Establish a positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors

SALARY: $50.00 per hour
