Company Overview

Our client is the Southeast region s leader in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) products, systems, parts, and services for commercial buildings. They are currently seeking a Service Delivery Operations Manager to manage the Service Delivery Team members for a multi-location commercial HVACR service organization. This role is an integral part of the service team and requires strong leadership skills along with experience using COINS ERP software.This is a full-time, permanent position and will report to the Director of Service.

What Makes You A Good Fit?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience with COINS ERP software
  • 2+ years of related experience with a Service or Construction Company (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills



Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop service delivery teams responsible for customer satisfaction across three company locations that consist of service coordinators and dispatchers, billing coordinators, and service managers.
  • Develop, champion, and implement a client service delivery strategy, and supporting processes.
  • Identify recurring service delivery & customer issues, drive root cause analysis, and resolve them via appropriate corrective & preventive action plans.
  • Lead and mentor direct reports providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance based on individual performance.
  • Accountable for meeting profitability and efficiency standards for client delivery.
  • Drive business goals and reporting metrics through the use of COINS ERP software.
  • Responsible for the execution of our service delivery strategy and championing operational excellence to continue elevating the client experience.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of experience using COINS ERP software
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Commercial HVACR service or construction industry experience



Compensation & Location

This position is based out of Birmingham, AL. This is a full-time position that is available for immediate hire.
